Part 2 Upload Product

4. Enter USERNAME & PASSWORD in the

In Product Administration System
6. Click INSERT PRODUCT
7. Complete all items in Chinese & English
Select PRODUCT CATEGORY
Insert PRODUCT NAME (Chinese & English)
Insert PRODUCT DESCRIPTION (Chinese & English)
Attach PRODUCT PHOTO
8. Press [SUBMIT] button

‧Repeat steps 6 – 8 for uploading more than one product
‧Information submitted will be reviewed by Green Council and post on web upon approval

Part 3 Regulations

Logo - JPEG or GIF file of not more than 50 Kbytes in size & 120 x 80 pixels in resolution.

Product Photo - JPEG or GIF file of not more than 50 Kbytes in size & 160 x 120 pixels in resolution.

Product Name - Not more than 60 English characters or 20 Chinese characters both including spacing.

Product Description - Not more than 300 English characters or 200 Chinese characters both including spacing.

‧Each Member may upload up to a maximum of 30 products irrespective of the number of product categories.
‧Information have to be entered in both English and Chinese. If information is available in one language only, e.g. in English only. The same information has to be filled in under Chinese Description or the uploading will not be completed.
